Booking Terms & Conditions
Confirming your booking - Accommodation can be added to your conference profile during the registration process. Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received. Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by Friday 28 July 2023. Several payment options are available: online via credit card (credit card surcharge applies), credit card authoristaion form (surcharge applies), over the phone by calling ASN Events on (03) 8658 9530 (credit card surcharge applies) , or EFT by following the instructions on the invoice emailed to you. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact ASN Events .
Accommodation bookings not paid for by Friday 28 July 2023 will be cancelled.
Changes - If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the Joy Sangchuj for availability. Please note, you will be required to complete a credit card authority form upon enquiry. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
Cancellations - Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival. Within 35 days of the conference, all rooms cancelled or no shows will be charged at the agreed rate for all room nights cancelled. Please contact Joy Sangchuj if you wish to cancel your stay and would like to know the cancellation policy.
Security deposit upon check in - Each guest will be asked for a credit card upon check-in.
Room availability - During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email Joy Sangchuj if you have any queries regarding accommodation.
